Danielle Fortingo, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Danielle Fortingo is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Her career as a clinician span over 14 years of inpatient and outpatient care experience across multiple specialties including – Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Pediatrics, Pain Management, Med-Surg, Telemetry, Weight Management, Mental Health, and Substance Use Disorder Management.
She obtained her Masters of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2016. She also obtained her Post-Master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University in 2021.
She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Georgia Baptist College of Nursing at Mercer University in Atlanta, GA in 2007.
